Barcelona is without doubt one of the most culturally rich and archecturally stunning cities in Europe. From the old town quarters of “el born” to the bustle of the main strip “les rambla” it has sooo much to see, We spent five glorious spring days touring the city, finding the best local tapas places to dine and covering all the local tourist attractions like Gaudi’s famous architectural haunts like the “sagrada de familia” I would absolutely recommend renting a bike, we used a rental shop called green bikes, a small reasonable price bike shop with very helpful staff telling us the best routes around the city. As with any major European city with ample bike routes I always source out a bike rental, because it is the best way to see a city at your own leisure! I rented our apartment through the website air bnb an alternative way to travel while avoiding hotels! There is no better feeling than waking up to sunshine in a beautiful apartment in a beautiful city! Learn the lingo, do Barca. Tx
Acne studios have just launched their new staple shoes for the ss13 season on the website! Oh my, aren’t’ they just delicious! My fave is the cannery yellow platform loafer! I’m in love with the glitter platform, who said it only glittered at Christmas!?

French designer Simon Porte Jacquemus presented a quirky and ever so edgy small AW collection. I’ve followed this designer for a while, I love the image of his label, the raw photography he uses and the bare faced attractive models he puts in his clothes that combined with the simple cut of his garments and the smell of chlorine at his runway show and we have our selves a TH styling Favourite! Such a fresh and exciting label to come out of france, can’t wait for more! TH x
Here’s a selection of my favorite collections from the bold and the brass at this years London fashion week! Seeing what LFW has on offer, has made me dig out my British fashion flag and feel proud of home grown British design. NYFW has nothing on us, there I said it! We stole the (fashion) show. From the heavy embroidery of Pilotto’s collection to the plastic bags paraded on the heads of Louise Grays models, there was so much to get me excited this year!
There was something about Marc Jacobs show that made me feel all warm and familiar inside. The silk pyjamas are on my ultimate luxury lust list. The silk material and warm relaxed colour palette make this show fresh and engaging. For me it was the plain blue silk pyjama set that provoked my attention, and made me really understand the show. Together the use of faux fur, sequin, and rich silk in rose, gold and navy did enough to entice your desire without the use of any fancy frills or fuss. The show finished with the appearance of mark Jacobs clad in silk prada pyjamas a clear allusion to the show. He looked relaxed and comfortable as did his clothes. A strong highlight of NYFW for me!
